Why aren’t the mats larger? 
Our mats are designed to fit under most restaurant tables and bars to keep your dog clean, safe and close to you. We offer 2 different size lightweight mats that are easily rolled and carried for all on the go activities.
 Why are the mats made out of Neoprene? 
Our Mats are made out of Neoprene that is lightweight, easily rolls, allows printing of high quality graphics and is machine washable.  Our adventure mats are not dog beds, they were designed to use at home or away from home.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Please contact WagAroundTown@att.net right away if you wish to change or cancel your order. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes/cancellations.
Where is my order confirmation? 
You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you have not received an email confirmation, then the order has not gone through or you may not of entered your email address correctly. Please contact WagAroundTown@att.net for further assistance.
What if I received an incorrect/damaged item?  
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact WagAroundTown@att.net within 3 days of receiving the incorrect item. Please include a photo of the incorrect item and order slip you received with your email correspondence. If not reported within 3 days, a replacement/refund will not be issued.  We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been washed or appear to have been damaged by the customer.
Where do you ship? 
We currently ship to anywhere in the U.S. If you would like an item shipped outside of the U.S. please email WagAroundTown@att.net. 
 Where is my package? 
Our items are shipped promptly with the US Postal Service shipping the vast majority of our packages.  While we have tried to provide a buffer for any USPS delays with our shipping deadlines, occasionally packages are delayed outside of our control. If you have not received your package within 5 days please email
us at WagAroundTown@att.net.
What is the return policy? 
We stand by our quality products and we want you to be thrilled with your WagAround Town dog products. If something did not meet your expectations, arrived damaged or you need a different size, please contact us so we can make it right. Returns/exchanges are only accepted within 15 days.
How do I care for my WagAround Town Travel Mat? 
Every WagAround Town Travel Mat and Dog Toy is machine washable. Put it in the washer/dryer anytime you need to get rid of that dog smell and have it ready for your next adventure. Wash products with cold water use low heat in the dryer or hang dry.
 Do you sell wholesale? 
Yes! We sell wholesale to approved resellers. No sales to 3rd party resellers using sites like Amazon, eBay, etc. Please email  WagAroundTown@att.net and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

WagAround Town, LLC shall not be held liable for service interruption arising from situations beyond our control. These may include but are not limited to: incorrect shipping information, inability to obtain consignee signature, refusal of shipment, riots, strikes or labor disputes, acts of God and natural disasters.
